The Quilting Connection, LLC 30 day return or exchange policy:
Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt date in new, unused condition. DVD's, CD's and books must be returned unopened. Refunds or exchanges will be made for the amount of the item only. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is defective or under warranty. If an item is returned without pre-approval and the item has been opened, used or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return shipping if they want the item back. Please contact us for a return code and an approval.

Shipping Policy:  

The shipping rates on this site are only accurate for domestic shipping within the continental U.S.  If you are outside of the continental U.S. we will calculate the shipping and email the total to you for approval before the products are shipped out.  Thank you so much.
