Quick Zip System
Fast, easy and economical. The Quick Zip SystemTM is a
simplified quilt loading system for longarm and shortarm
machines or hand quilting frames. This system will save
wear and tear on your leaders and allow you to prepare
your quilts in the comfort of your favorite chair! Just zip
on when you are ready to quilt! The detailed instruction
manual with digital color photos will guide you through the
installation, pinning, loading and simple techniques to "float"
and square the quilts.
To get started, most customers will purchase 1 Machine Set
and 1 or 2 Quilt Sets. The other products offered are optional
and will allow you to use your Quick Zip System in many
different ways. Please feel free to call us if you have any

The Quick Zip System is offered in different sizes to
accommodate the many different size frames on the
market today. To figure out what size you need simply
measure the length of your canvas on one of the roller
bars and then choose a size that is closest to that number.
If your canvas length is not close to one of the standard
sizes we would be happy to customize the zippers to the
exact length of your canvas. To inquire or order customized

Custom Zippers:
For any size Longarm or Shortarm frame not listed.
The Quick Zip System can be customized to the length
of any frame. If your canvas length is not close to one
of the standard sizes we would be happy to customize
the zippers to the exact length of your canvas. Simply
measure the length of your canvas and we will customize
the zippers to that size. Customizing Fees will be added
to the item price: Machine Sets + $7.50, Quilt Sets + $5.00,
Single Zippers + $2.50, Renter Sets + $5.00. To inquire or

The zippers are centered on your canvas. If your canvas is not
the same size as the zippers, the extra will extend equally on
each end. If your canvas is not within approximately 6" of the
zipper length, you may need to order a Customized Machine Set.

Quick Zip System Flip Set
Includes: 2 single zippers and instructions on how to
assemble and use the zippers to allow the quilter to flip
the quilt, backing side up on the frame after stabilizing.
Quilters will use this system for bobbin drawing or thread
painting. A flip set is also a life saver at a quilting machine
rental location when a customer applies the zipper incorrectly
